1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • The item includes original packaging, tags, and any accessories

  • The product is not customized or a prescription-based item (Prescription or personalized lenses are non-returnable)

  • The product is non-returnable (if a prescription mistake is made by typing or uploading a prescription image) 

Please note: Prescription lenses, customized frames, and sale items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@swageyes.com with your Order Number and Reason for Return.

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide a Return Authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a reliable courier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges and any handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of order errors or product defects.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for your preferred item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described:

  2. Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and a description of the issue.

  3. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund depending on the situation.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Contact your credit card provider or bank—it may take time to officially post

8. International Returns

International customers may return eligible items, but shipping and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed once the return is received and approved by our team.
