Absolutely. We have a 7-day easy return policy. If you’re not satisfied, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure the product is in its original, unused condition. Note: Customized or prescription lenses are non-returnable unless defective.
We usually ship orders within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. For prescription glasses, please allow 5–10 business days for processing and lens customization.

We’re very sorry if that happens! Please contact us at support@swageyes.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll replace the item or offer a full refund as quickly as possible.
