Return & Refund

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged, and original-condition frames.

• Product must be returned in original packaging with tags, invoice, and accessories (if any).

• No returns on custom-made, prescription, or damaged lenses/frames due to customer mishandling.

• Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

• Exchange available for size, color, or design issues (subject to stock availability).
